  1. folic acid does helpit grows your hair only about the average legnth it woud normaly about 2 inches more or 1 in a half it depends on your hair.

  2. i take folic acid for hair really wirks..a friend told me to take 1200 milligrams a day( not all at once tho)..ive really noticed a different for the better..
